2024+ Polaris Xpedition Volt Front Winch Bumper

The Polaris Xpedition is built to go far, and a lot of them roll off the lot with a factory 4500 lb winch already mounted. The problem with most aftermarket front bumpers? They make you tear out that winch and start over. This one doesn't.

The Volt Series Winch Front Bumper is designed to retain your OEM 4500 lb winch in the factory location. Your existing recovery setup keeps working, tucked cleanly behind the bumper with a hidden mount. You add protection and styling without spending another dollar on a winch you already own.

The universal light mount bolt pattern and included LED brackets let you add a 20-inch light bar for serious forward lighting. On a machine built for long-distance and overlanding miles, that extra visibility on night runs and low-light trails matters. The mounting is built in, so installation stays clean.

The slim, tight-fitting design hugs the lines of your Xpedition instead of adding bulk, and the hammer black powder coat with satin black panels gives it a two-tone aggressive look that holds up against rock chips, brush, and UV season after season.

Installation is fully bolt-on. No cutting, no welding. We recommend adding our Elektric Offroad fairlead/winch hook to complete the install.
